Whilst unpacking. I unearthed the latest tome in my romantic novel file. I had spent the previous 14 months living out of suitcases trying to make another home for us. Sitting in a café watching the world go by whilst surreptitiously eavesdropping. Childhood memories of my dad lying on the sofa or in his favourite chair, writing and entering competitions. A never-ending source of amusement was the ‘Letters to the Editor’ page in the Bangkok Post where foreigners continually complained. Discovering I had accumulated more material than I realized, hastily scribbled. Why not write about my own experiences.
